Sleep After Writing Goals

by Timothy

Writing my goals each night is sort of like a worry list I guess. I read all my long term goals, my yearly and monthly. Then I write down the top ten most important things I need to get done the next day.

Somewhere in these goals all of my worries have been addressed and put into some sort of time frame. If any of my worries can be dealt with the next day they are on the list with a plan of action.

Some of my worries may fall into the one year goals and nothing I can do tomorrow will change anything. That's fine to, I know it will be dealt with when the time is right.

Sleep comes easy when I am satisfied my life is in order and I have a plan for the next day, month and year.
